Rob Helvey described his many roles in the world of finance, from sales manager to mortgage catalyst, to product analyst to customer service and 24/7 availability. “Reputation is King,” he summarized his business philosophy. “You work hard and you don’t complain about it.”

His wife Liz works at the Oconomowoc Public Library and his daughter is pursuing an acting career in college. Helvey has completed six Ironman competitions, loves to golf and runs after his two and a half year old golden retriever. He joined Rotary a year before and finds the experience personally rewarding.

We want to extend a massive thank you to Ahlke Heydemann, who has served as our dedicated club scheduler for nearly two terms. Ahlke has been a vital "engine" behind the scenes, ensuring our meetings and speakers run like clockwork.

Ahlke is relocating to Illinois to be closer to family. While she is leaving our local club, she will be joining a new Rotary club in her new community to continue her journey of service. Ahlke, your leadership and spirit will be deeply missed in Oconomowoc!
